Overview

Over time Terreno intends to assemble a portfolio of projects with short, medium and long term liquidity capabilities. We intend to take advantage of the vast array of natural resource exploitation opportunities in South America and plan to become a leading developer of assets on this exciting continent of South America through acquisitions or partnerships.

Terreno's first project as defined by this new strategy is the Poposa project in Argentina. The project is located within the Veladero-El Indio gold belt on the Argentine side of the Andes. This belt is fast becoming an attractive area for major mining companies that are investing substantial funds exploring for world class gold deposits.

Terreno continues to maintain its molybdenum properties including the Magura Project located in central Slovakia. Magura hosts a porphyry-style molybdenum-tungsten deposit called Ochtina-Rochovce. The Magura Property is situated in the south central Slovakia, approximately 18 kilometres northwest of Roznava and 240 kilometres east-northeast of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The prospect covers an area of 22.97 square kilometres (2297 hectares).
